Counselling by phone offers a more adaptable way to have sessions. This can be and has been proven to be effective and for practical reasons can be another option for changing locations should you need this.
Online Counselling is designed to make the service provide as broadly accessible, as possible with improved simplicity of connection (all you need is access to a PC, tablet or smartphone), (which can for some be less intimidating than a more traditional consultation room setting, with no loss of success compared to face-to-face counselling). The platforms I work with clients are either Zoom or Skype.
Online individual counselling, just like the traditional face to face, consists of regular weekly, 50 minutes sessions that are a space with myself and accessed by you from the privacy of your own home/space, thus saving time and reducing travel costs.
Working face to face in the room has been the traditional way to have counselling and therapy.
I am offering face to face for those who want to work in this way which is with safety measures in place, aligned with the current government guidelines.
These sessions are held at a clinic that has implemented up to date safety measures.
